1. Overview This website is operated by Prescription Mask USA. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Our Products Prescription Mask USA specializes exclusively in corrective (prescription/RX) lenses installed in snorkel and scuba dive masks. We do not sell pharmaceuticals, medical drugs, or medications of any kind.

3. Eligibility By using this site, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

5. Order Accuracy You are responsible for providing accurate prescription and order information. Prescription Mask USA is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer. Custom prescription lenses are non-refundable once made.

6. Shipping We ship within the United States. Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PST. Shipping times may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

7. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. Standard items may be returned within 45 days of delivery in original, unused condition. Custom prescription lenses (+$299) are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability Prescription Mask USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

9. Intellectual Property All content on this site, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Prescription Mask USA and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
