What shipping methods are available?

We have USPS available for domestic U.S. shipments.

Do you ship internationally?

No, currently we ship only in the United States.

Where are the items shipping from?

All items are shipped directly from our warehouse in Southern California.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, MasterCard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Venmo, and Visa. 

Is buying online safe?

Our server and checkout page are 100% secure along with an SSL certificate.


Orders and Returns

Do I need an account to place an order?

No account is needed, but if you want easier access to check the status of an order, making an account is preferable.

How can I cancel or change my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, you must submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing your order. To request a cancellation, please email us with the subject line: “Cancel My Order”. The email should include your Order Number in the body of the message. We will process your cancellation request and issue a full refund if the request is received within the 24-hour window.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number will be sent upon shipping your package. Please wait up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Are there returns on prescription masks?

Yes, prescription masks in their original packaging and unused (not submerged in water) can be exchanged or refunded within 45 days of the date of purchase.
