45 Days Returns

At prescriptionmaskusa.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you're not happy, we offer 45-day returns and exchanges.

Return Policy + Steps

  • Return Period: You can return items within 45 days of receiving your order.
  • Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom lenses (+$299 lenses) are non-refundable as custom lenses are made specifically to your eyes.
  • Return Shipping: We will send you a return label upon request.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email prescriptionmaskusa@gmail.com with subject: Return + Your Order Number. Include the reason for your return.
  2. Our customer service team will reply within 24 hours.
  3. Print the RMA Form, fill it out, pack the product in its original condition, and ship to our address below.
  4. Once received, we'll inspect and restock the item.
  5. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of restocking.

How to Exchange an Item

  1. You have 45 calendar days to exchange from the date tracking shows delivered.
  2. Email prescriptionmaskusa@gmail.com with subject: Exchange + Your Order Number. Include the reason for your exchange.
  3. Print the RMA Form, fill it out, pack the product in its original condition, and ship to our address below.
  4. Once received, we'll process the exchange and ship the new item back to you.

Damaged Product Policy

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery (if possible) and contact us immediately. If damage is noticed after delivery, email us within 24 hours at prescriptionmaskusa@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Please include: photos of the damaged product and packaging, your order number, and a brief description of the issue. If the product arrives damaged or defective, Prescription Mask USA will cover the return shipping cost.
