Return Policy Details

Return Period: You can return items within 45 days of receiving your order.

Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- Non-Returnable Items: Some items are non-refundable, including opened or used products (submerged in water)
- Returns Shipping: You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a reliable, trackable service for safe and timely delivery.
How to Return an Item
- Please send an Email to prescriptionmaskusa@gmail.com titled with Return + Your Order Number. Please specify the reason of your return.
- Our customer service team will reply to you in 24 hours. We will verify with you your pickup location and pickup time.
- Once we receive your confirmation, we’ll send you a shipping label by email. Please print the label we send, carefully pack the product in its original condition, and attach the printed label to the package.
- Once the package got returned to our warehouse in California, we will check the condition of the product and restock the item.
- Once all the above steps completes, we will start the refund process.
- You will receive your refund in your purchasing card/PayPal within 10 business days.
Exchange Policy
The shipping costs for exchanging the product are at your expense.
- You have 45 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it.
- Please send an Email to prescriptionmaskusa@gmail.com titled with Exchange + Your Order Number. Please specify the reason of your exchange.
- Our customer service team will reply to you in 24 hours. We will verify with you your return pickup location, pickup time and the exchange item you want.
- Once we get your confirmation, we will send you a shipping label. Please carefully package our product in original condition and put the label on package.
- Once the package got returned to our warehouse in California, we will check the condition of the product and restock the item.
- Once all the above steps completes, we will ship out the replacement package.
Damage Product Policy
If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery (if possible) and contact us immediately. If the damage is noticed after delivery, please email us within 24 hours at prescriptionmaskusa@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging for assistance.
Please provide Photos of the damaged product and packaging, your order number, and a brief description of the issue. If the product arrives damaged or defective, Prescription Mask USA will cover the return shipping cost. A replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional shipping charge.
