Return Period: You can return items within 45 days of receiving your order.

Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- Non-Returnable Items: Some items are non-refundable, including opened or used products (submerged in water) and custom-made prescription masks ($300+ masks).
- Returns Shipping: You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a reliable, trackable service for safe and timely delivery.
How to Return an Item (Within 45 Days of Purchase)
- Please send an Email to prescriptionmaskusa@gmail.com titled with Return + Your Order Number. Please specify the reason of your return.
- Our customer service team will reply to you in 24 hours.
- Please print this RMA Form and fill it out, carefully pack the product in its original condition, and ship the items to us at the address below.
- Once the package is returned to us, we will check the condition of the product and restock the item.
- Once all the above steps are complete, we will start the refund process.
- You will receive your refund in your purchasing card/PayPal within 10 business days.
Exchange Policy
The shipping costs for exchanging the product are at your expense.
- You have 45 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it.
- Please send an Email to prescriptionmaskusa@gmail.com titled with Exchange + Your Order Number. Please specify the reason of your exchange.
- Please print this RMA Form and fill it out, carefully pack the product in its original condition, and ship the items to us at the address below.

Once the package is returned to us, we will make the exchange and ship the new package back to you.
Damage Product Policy
If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery (if possible) and contact us immediately. If the damage is noticed after delivery, please email us within 24 hours at prescriptionmaskusa@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging for assistance.
Please provide Photos of the damaged product and packaging, your order number, and a brief description of the issue. If the product arrives damaged or defective, Prescription Mask USA will cover the return shipping cost. A replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional shipping charge.
