Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy — Prescription Mask USA

Order Cancellations If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at prescriptionmaskusa@gmail.com or call +1 626-721-2759. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests before the order is processed or shipped.

Standard Orders Standard orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge, provided the order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped.

Custom Prescription Lens Orders Custom prescription lens orders (+$299) cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as lenses are made specifically to your prescription. Please double-check your prescription details before submitting your order.

Subscription & Recurring Orders At this time, Prescription Mask USA does not offer subscription-based purchasing. All orders are one-time purchases.

Refunds on Cancelled Orders If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
